The Forest RAB BBQ Co. LLC runs Spice Blends Made Easy and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

• Email and password — to create and secure your account (to perform our contract with you).
• Plan and subscription status — to give you the features you pay for (contract).
• Usage — which blends you make and when, to apply plan limits, and the recipes you save (contract).
• Device and log data such as IP address — to keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run the app for us.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open, and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We reply within one month.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use encryption, access controls and other reasonable measures to protect your data.

Cookies

We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
