Spice Blends Made Easy is provided by The Forest RAB BBQ Co. LLC ("we", "us"). By using Spice Blends Made Easy you are contracting with The Forest RAB BBQ Co. LLC and agree to these terms. If you keep using the service, you accept any updated terms.

The service

Spice Blends Made Easy gives you spice blend recipes with adjustable heat and batch sizes. The Pro plan costs $5/month or $40/year and gives unlimited blends, saving, printing and sharing recipes, plus meal recipes that are refreshed monthly.

Your account

You must be of legal age to form a contract (or have authority to bind your organization), give accurate information, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property.
• No interfering with security — including malware, probing, or scraping.
• No reverse engineering, reselling, or getting around plan limits.

Ownership

We own Spice Blends Made Easy, including its software, recipes, text and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

Payments, renewals and cancellations

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; when you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy.

No guarantee

We work to keep Spice Blends Made Easy running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, we may delete your saved recipes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where The Forest RAB BBQ Co. LLC is registered, in the United States.
