I was born and raised in The Bahamas. The kitchen was the heart of the home and good food was how we showed we cared. That's where my passion for cooking began — slow days by the grill, plates passed around the table, and recipes shared from memory.

I bring that same care to every blend here: measured by hand, tasted and adjusted in my own kitchen, and made the way I'd serve it to my own family. From the sweet, smoky BBQ rub blend to the warm fall coziness of the pumpkin spice blend, my hope is that you feel that comfort in your food — and share the same passion I put into serving great food!
